Ordering a pizza can be a traumatic business, according to delivery chain Domino’s. Customer suffer an “emotional rollercoaster” as they await the arrival of their deep pan quattro formaggio. Has the restaurant got the order right? Has the delivery man left yet? Has he got lost, or had his moped stolen? Did they remember to hold the anchovies?

Well, Domino’s customers in the US need fret no more thanks to a new food tracking system that gives minute-by-minute updates on the progress of their pizza. It’s available at 3,400 Domino’s outlets and will be countrywide by the end of June.
